Location

The gas and steam power plant will be located in the southern part of the city of Grudziądz in the Kujawy-
Pomorskie Province, in the districts of Węgrowo and Pastwiska. The area intended for the investment is
located within the area for which the Local Spatial Development Plan (MPZP) adopted by the Resolution No.
XXXIII/14/13 of the City Council of Grudziądz on the adoption of the Local Spatial Development Plan
covering the area located between the streets of Rydygiera, Rów Hermana, the administrative border of the
city, Jaskółcza and Warszawska. The location provides access to national gas transmission and power
networks, and also has rational access to the reservoir/watercourse for the cooling system of the power unit.
